Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications and monitor health status under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
Requirements:
- Current CNA certification and/or HHA license in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts.
