About the Role
THE WATERBAR is hiring an outgoing, reliable Barista/Kitchen team member. This role includes making drinks, food prep, customer service, and keeping the café clean and organized. We prefer local candidates or non-seasonal students who want consistent hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages
- Prepare food items
- Greet guests and provide great service
- Maintain cleanliness and restock items
- Operate POS and support daily café operations
Requirements
- 20 hours/week, including at least one weekend shift
- Hardworking, friendly, and dependable
- Café or food service experience a plus
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Local with year round availability
