We’re Hiring – Crew Leader (Pressure Washing Technician)
Waterworks Pressure Washing is looking for a reliable, self-driven Crew Leader to join our growing team. We’re a young, fast-growing company, and we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us—not just punch a clock.
Starting Pay: $20/hour
This is not a job for someone who needs to be micromanaged. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to get things done, and can handle responsibility.
What We’re Looking For:
- Self-motivated and well disciplined
- Able to work independently and manage jobs when needed
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willing to occasionally work night shifts depending on the job
- Comfortable working outdoors and operating equipment
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Running pressure washing and soft washing equipment
- Cleaning houses, driveways, buildings, and other surfaces
- Leading job sites and ensuring quality work
- Representing the company professionally with customers
