Company Description Water Wings Swim School was founded to create confident, safe swimmers through a fun and supportive experience. Over time, it has grown from a small swim school into a trusted name in swim instruction for swimmers of all ages and abilities. Instructors use proven teaching methods and modern safety practices, tailoring lessons to each swimmer’s needs from beginner to advanced levels. Role Description As a swim instructor you are responsible for the safety of each class and teaching swim skills to students using our curriculum. You will work to build water confidence within your students, encouraging each student to rise to the best of their abilities. You can expect to be regularly communicating with students and fellow staff members. You should be someone who welcomes feedback, is a continuous learner, and is able to be in the water for extended periods of time. As a swim instructor you will report to the Deck Supervisor or Site Supervisor during shifts and provide support throughout the pool deck as needed.

- Ability to work in the water for periods of up to 5 hours

Schedule:
● Day shift

Experience:
● Competitive Swim: 1 year (Preferred)
● Swim Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
● Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
● CPR certification (Preferred)
License/Certification:
● Lifeguard Training (Preferred)
