Water & Wine is looking for an experienced, energetic, and dependable Server / Bartender Hybrid to join our team.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who is equally comfortable providing polished table service and running a busy bar. We’re looking for someone who can confidently move between the dining room and bar, anticipate guest needs, and deliver warm, knowledgeable service from the first greeting to the final check.

What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, professional, and personable service to dining-room guests
- Take orders accurately and confidently guide guests through food, wine, beer, and cocktail selections
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to quality and presentation standards
- Move seamlessly between serving tables and bartending, depending on the needs of the restaurant
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area
- Process POS and cash transactions accurately
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team
- Stay organized and composed during busy services
- Anticipate guest needs and create a welcoming, memorable dining experience
- Follow responsible alcohol-service practices and all applicable requirements
Who We’re Looking For
The right candidate is:
- Experienced in both serving and bartending
- Comfortable working independently while being a strong team player
- Friendly, professional, energetic, and guest-focused
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced restaurant
- Knowledgeable about cocktails, beer, and wine service
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working lunch, dinner, weekends, holidays, and busy service periods
- Legally eligible to serve alcohol
We are especially interested in candidates who can confidently handle both sides of the role — taking care of a section while also stepping behind the bar and keeping service moving.
