What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Treatment System Operator position at Water Tectonics?
The Water Treatment System Operator is responsible to provide groundwater remediation at job site location in Delhi Louisiana. As part of a dynamic field service team your duties will rotate to all operational and maintenance areas of the treatment equipment.
· Monitoring and operating of Water Treatment Equipment to achieve maximum efficiency, reliability and safety. Notifying supervisor of maintenance, safety or any other issues that arise.
· Maintenance and repair of Water Treatment Equipment
· Aid in the development, implementation and modification of onsite water treatment equipment.
· Participate and assist in the development & implementation of team strategy and operational plans.
· Collects Water Quality Samples using appropriate sampling equipment and field instruments
· Calibration of instrumentation and consumable injection systems in accordance with the water treatment plan and equipment specifications.
· Maintain facility analytical equipment as well as all associated instrumentation.
Education & Preferred Certifications
· Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL), Preferred
· Valid driver’s license and Insurance in Good Standing, Required
· High School Diploma
