Responsibilities:
- Report To Production Manager and manage assigned tasks efficiently according to engineering requirements.
- Efficiently manage tasks & ensure assigned work aligns with engineering requirements.
- Use drawings, customer specifications, and manuals to facilitate a smooth workflow.
- Identify & diagnose electrical problems, recommending necessary adjustments or repair
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, prioritizing a safety-first mentality.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects
- Adhere to applicable electrical codes such as NFPA 79 and UL508A.
- Size, install, and bend electrical conduit in accordance with NFPA codes.
- Handle sizing and pulling of wires as per NEC & NFPA requirements.
- Wire, assemble, and test electrical control panels to required standards.
- Conduct quality testing and inspections as part of the QA process.
- Maintain organized work area, documentation, and keep simple records.
- Operate lift trucks & pallet jacks proficiently to facilitate material movement within facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the related electrical field.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and layout equipment according to prints.
- Team player, comfortable taking direction and being self-directed when needed.
- Demonstrates excellent quality control and attention to detail.
- Dependable, reliable, and motivated self-starter.
- Listens well and completes tasks with verbal or written instructions.
- Values and prioritizes safety standards
- Proficient with hand tools
- Obtains experience with electrical systems and industrial equipment.
- Good comprehension of national, state, and local electrical codes and regulations.
Education & Preferred Certifications
- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred 2 year technical education or equivalent training/certificate
- Preferred CAD experience
Environmental/Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift/carry materials up to a maximum of 75lbs.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively in person, and complete required paperwork.
- Subject to long, irregular hours.
- Requires extended periods of crawling, climbing, bending, pulling, working in tight places, walking, and standing up to 100% of a workday.
- Requires working in a fast-paced staging, production and manufacturing environment.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift between the standard operating hours of 6 AM and 2:30 PM (unless otherwise approved by supervisor)
- Working days between Monday-Friday predetermined weekly based on organization needs
Ability to Relocate:
