Water Well Driller / Service Hand

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Water Well Driller / Service Hand to join our crew. We drill and service residential, agricultural, commercial, and municipal water wells throughout Wyoming and South Dakota. This position involves operating drilling equipment, assisting with pump installation and repair, and performing general labor duties on drilling and service rigs.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, traveling, operating equipment, and working as part of a crew.
Responsibilities
- Assist with water well drilling operations
- Operate and maintain drilling and service equipment
- Install, repair, and service water well pumps and systems
- Load and unload tools, pipe, and materials
- Perform preventative maintenance on rigs, trucks, and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions
- Travel to job sites throughout Wyoming and South Dakota
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
Qualifications
- Experience in drilling, construction, oilfield, heavy equipment, or pump service
- CDL preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work long hours when needed
- Must be comfortable working outdoors year-round
- Valid driver’s license required
