Responsibilities
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Oversee food preparation processes in collaboration with kitchen staff to maintain quality standards and safety compliance
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and assist with food management to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Lead shift management activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash reconciliation, and incident reporting
Experience
- Proven supervisory or assistant manager experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary expertise preferred
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Demonstrated skills in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety compliance
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence and team leadership
- Prior involvement in staff training & development programs, interviewing, and performance evaluations
- Familiarity with casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service
