Warehouse Service Technician Position Overview
As a Warehouse Service Technician you are responsible supporting warehouse operations, equipment preparation, basic facility maintenance & janitorial duties. Strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to multitask while maintaining close attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) with a high level of attention to detail
Warehouse Technician
· Receive, inspect, and accurately document, organize all incoming shipments, deliveries, and inventory. Verify quantities and product specifications against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods promptly to manager.
· Organize and maintain a clean in warehouse, office and facility
· Follow SOPs troubleshooting protocols, properly repair & refurbish equipment
· Prepare, test equipment for deployment
· Assist Service coordinator with equipment, vehicle and parts restock for Field Service Technician
· Assist FST, as a backup, with field work at clients offices
· Log, process, submit warranty claims
Janitorial
· Keep stocked, maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized office and facility environment. Duties include routine cleaning and upkeep of offices, restrooms, break rooms, common areas, and exterior entryways. Tasks involve sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, emptying trash and recycling receptacles, restocking supplies, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness standards.
· Responsible for ensuring all company vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and operating safely. Duties include regular interior and exterior cleaning such as washing, waxing, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, removing trash, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Maintain organized vehicle interiors, ensuring tools, equipment, and materials are properly secured and stored
Other
Complete additionally duties as assigned
Hours: 6 AM -3 PM (1 hour lunch ) post training
