Position Overview
we’re looking for a positive, hands-on Equipment Repair Technician to support day-to-day warehouse operations and equipment preparation. This role involves preparing units for install, troubleshooting and refurbishing equipment, managing incoming shipments, and serving as backup support for janitorial and maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prep and stage water purification, ice & coffee system for deployment
• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, and refurbish equipment
• Log and track incoming shipments and inventory
• Submit warranty claims and maintain repair records
• Pick up local orders and supplies as needed (company vehicle provided)
• Support office and warehouse cleanliness, including janitorial and light maintenance tasks
• Clean and maintain company vehicles
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with good time management and multitasking skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills for logging work and tracking inventory
• Clean driving record (local driving required)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Primarily warehouse-based with some office and vehicle-related tasks
• Requires light physical labor and ability to lift/move equipment over 50 pounds
