We're seeking a positive and hardworking team player to join Water Source Solutions as a Service Technician
In this role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service through the installation, maintenance, and repair of water, ice, and coffee machines. Strong communication skills—both in-person and over the phone—are essential, and you should be comfortable operating cargo vans safely. The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and interact with clients in a variety of environments.

Key Responsibilities:
(including but not limited to)
- Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform repairs and replacements on equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests during business hours.
- Complete assigned installation and service routes efficiently.
- Offer additional products and services to clients (bonus program available).
- Prospect new clients in surrounding areas (bonus program available).
- Update client sign-up paperwork and ensure all documentation is accurate.
- Complete work order write-ups after each client visit.
- Adhere to company policies, service manuals, safety procedures, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60 lbs, and using power tools.
- Comfortable working with ladders and able to ascend/descend safely.
- Ability to work in kneeling, crouching, or bending positions.
- A valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 25 years old (due to company vehicle insurance requirements).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Comfortable discussing contracts with clients and obtaining signatures/payments (if necessary).
- Ability to pass drug screenings, motor vehicle checks, and criminal background checks.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Previous experience as a Technician in plumbing, appliances, or a related field is a plus.
