Water/Sewer Laborer

In this energetic role, you will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of water and sewer systems, ensuring safe and reliable service for our community. • Assist with excavation, trenching, and backfilling for water and sewer line installations using heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and backhoes.
• Perform utility locating to identify existing underground utilities before digging to prevent damage or accidents.
• Use hand tools and power tools to install piping, fittings, valves, and related infrastructure components with precision.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during climbing, trenching, equipment operation, and site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.

• Prior construction site experience with a focus on water or sewer projects is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes, and dozers.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.
