Licensed Plumber

This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Duties

• Perform and oversee plumbing installations and repairs
• Ensure work meets all local and state plumbing codes
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections as required
• Mentor and guide junior technicians when needed
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing techniques to complete installations.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC to coordinate project tasks.
• Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing systems meet code requirements and project specifications.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed for project records.

Qualifications

• Active State Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
• Valid driver's license
• Leadership mindset and high standards for workmanship
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machinery.
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and layout.
• Experience with carpentry, remodeling, or maintenance person tasks is a plus.
• Capable of heavy lifting and working in physically demanding environments.
• This position requires a dedicated professional with a comprehensive skill set in plumbing and construction trades to ensure high-quality work across all projects.

Pay: $50, $150,000.00 per year
