Nursing Supervisor Job Description

As a nursing professional with a passion for leadership, you will oversee daily operations at our Long-Term Care facility, ensuring high-quality care delivery and maintaining regulatory compliance. You will supervise and guide nursing staff, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and provide mentorship and training.
