We are a 24/7 Emergency Restoration Company looking for a dependable and motivated Water Damage Technician Assistant to join our growing team. If you have restoration experience, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in providing outstanding customer service, we'd like to hear from you.
Because we provide emergency services around the clock, applicants must be flexible and available to respond to after-hours, weekend, and emergency call-outs as part of a rotating schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform water extraction and mitigation services.
- Set up, monitor, and remove drying and dehumidification equipment.
- Assist with demolition and cleanup of water-damaged materials.
- Load, unload, maintain, and care for restoration equipment and company vehicles.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and technicians
- Work efficiently with lead technicians to complete restoration projects.
Qualifications
- Some restoration experience is helpful.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong customer service skills.
- Must own basic hand tools required for the job.
- Ability to lift and perform physically demanding work.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.
