We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Membership Coordinator to support member recruitment, retention, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members and prospective members, providing accurate and timely information about benefits, programs, and services
- Execute onboarding processes for new members and manage renewal communications to ensure a strong member experience from day one
- Process new memberships, renewals, and reinstatement applications efficiently and accurately
- Collaborate with Finance on billing, payments, cancellations, and data management
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits and updates in the association management system (AMS)
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, materials preparation, and recordkeeping
- Assist in executing membership campaigns to drive retention and acquisition
- Support engagement initiatives such as events, webinars, and networking opportunities
- Track and report on membership metrics, renewals, and engagement trends
- Monitor unauthorized use of member logos and support compliance efforts
- Support membership volunteer groups and related activities
- Assist with membership events, including registration, tracking attendance, and follow-up
- Draft and distribute member communications (emails, newsletters, announcements)
- Respond to member and prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer service orientation (3 years preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role based in Lisle, IL, with 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote. Hybrid eligibility begins after completion of the introductory period.
Salary : $20 - $25
