We are not just adding a product line; we are seeking an elite sales professional to help us build and manage an exclusive dealer base for this iconic brand. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a "builder" who wants to get in on the ground floor of a major market expansion.
The Opportunity:
As our Senior HVAC Territory Manager, you won't just be selling equipment. You will be a true business partner to your dealers. Your primary mission is to recruit, onboard, and develop a portfolio of the best HVAC contractors in your territory, helping them grow their business by leveraging the power of the GE brand. Responsibilities:
- Work within assigned territory to identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and potential new HVAC Dealers.
- Promoting and developing HVAC Dealers base with unparalleled Brand name GE – HVAC.
- Conduct regular customer visits and attend industry events to promote our products and services and stay up to date with the latest industry trends.
- Achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas that are clearly communicated to you with deadlines and goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales and preferably within PHCC industry or related fields.
- Proven ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships, with a customer-focused approach and a results-driven mindset.
- Track record of over-achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and ability to prioritize.
- Ability to lead and work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Capable of traveling daily within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.
