Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute precise plumbing installations
• Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues within existing systems
• Perform drain cleaning using manual hand tools or power equipment to ensure clear flow and prevent blockages
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites
• Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques to complete plumbing tasks efficiently
• Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of installation and repair work
• Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, fitting pipes, and ensuring seamless integration with existing structures
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including inspection reports and project logs
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project progress and addressing any concerns promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of residential and commercial systems
• Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and using plumbing inspection cameras
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes
• Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing installation and maintenance
• Ability to perform construction site tasks with attention to safety protocols
• Experience working on remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely
• Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude at all times

Pay: $33.37 - $40.18 per hour
