We are a water treatment service provider seeking dependable seasonal part-time team members to assist with spring cooling tower cleaning projects. This position supports our field technicians during cooling tower cleanings, disinfection work, and general seasonal maintenance at commercial buildings.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical outdoor work, working with a team, and learning about commercial water treatment systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with cooling tower cleaning and disinfection services
- Handle hoses, tools, pumps, and cleaning equipment
- Support debris removal, washing, and general cleaning of cooling tower systems
- Help transport materials and maintain job site organization
- Follow all safety procedures, including PPE requirements
- Assist with loading/unloading equipment and supplies
- Work on rooftops and mechanical areas safely and professionally
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and punctuality required
- Comfortable with physical labor and lifting equipment/materials
- Comfortable working outdoors and on rooftops
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must be dependable and safety-conscious
- Prior mechanical, maintenance, construction, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
Preferred Experience (Not Required)
- Commercial maintenance
- Power washing
- Mechanical helper experience
- Water treatment or HVAC support
Schedule
- Flexible part-time seasonal hours
- Early morning start times may be required
- Work available primarily during spring cooling tower cleaning season and again in fall season
