POSITION REPORTS TO: Regional Manager
SUPERVISION RESPONSIBILITIES: Diving Supervisors, Divers
STATUS: Full-time; FLSA Non-Exempt
POSITION OBJECTIVE: Coordinate overall field operations. Handle logistics, schedule, Handle site situations and contractor issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceptional Communication skills
- Ability to defuse a situation with employee, or the customer
- Logistics
- Monitoring Diving Supervisors and Divers
- Basic understanding of Portadam installation and removal processes
- Load list creation
- Creation of Job Packet Materials for crews
- Job Setup
- Contractor coordination
- Crew scheduling
- Coordination of the Portadam dive crews
- Documentation skills
- Inventory purchasing
- Contract data entry
- Crew training coordination
- Read and understand work orders and work instructions
- Assist in other areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned
- Meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Basic understanding of the Portadam system and procedures
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Programs
PHYSICAL FACTORS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Reliability
- Must be available by phone during any on-site working hours for any diving operations
- On site in Williamstown Office
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, reach, walk and bend on a continual basis.
