Residences at West Hills Country Club offers One, Two, and Three Bedroom Luxury Apartments with resort-style amenities. Our elegant apartments feature spacious layouts, luxurious finishes, and private balconies with amazing views. Our indoor luxuries include a Movie Theater, Wellness Studio, Fitness Center, Golf Simulator, Billiards and Rentable Clubhouse complete with a Kitchen and Small Event Space.
Job Overview:
The Concierge Maintains the Leasing Office and Property Leasing Duties during some days, the Evenings and Weekends when the Leasing Staff is unavailable. The Concierge also assists Residents with all their Customer Service Needs and monitors all amenities and closes the pool during the summer season.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provides administrative support by scheduling appointments, database management, and maintaining correspondence with tenants.
- Assists the Property Manager and Leasing Assistant with leasing and apartment showing.
- Greets and acknowledges all residents and announces all guests.
- Provides concierge services such as package and delivery acceptance, coordinating transportation, service vendor recommendations, restaurants reservations and additional requests upon demand.
- Ensures property rules and regulations are consistently enforced.
- Through appearance, performance and service orientation, project a consistent image that complements the property.
- Adhere to formal operating policies and procedures that mandate certain customer service techniques and emergency response procedures.
- Handle all complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
- Screen calls, arrange appointments and referrals.
- Assists in the correspondence with potential residents and current tenants.
- Type correspondence, reports, memos, and forms as requested by Property Manager
- Take clear and concise phone messages.
- Maintain inventory and submit front office supply orders to Property Manager.
- Always keep the front area neat and tidy.
- Distribute mail and handle routine correspondence.
- During Pool Season Checks the Pool Chemicals and Documents them, Makes Sure Residents Adhere to Pool Safety Rules.
- Updates Resident Locks as Needed, Changes Light Bulbs and Batteries in Smoke Detectors.
- Entering Residents in Door King, Butterfly, Allegion Engage, Spectrum, Package Concierge
- Perform additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely as required by Property Manager
Front Desk Opening Procedures:
- Unlock the Back room.
- Unlock Concierge Drawer
- Start Music through Sonos (lobby 1)
- Turn on Fireplace (Lobby and Clubhouse)
- Turn on TV – Set to Music, News or Sports
- Tidy front desk area & backroom
- Notify tenants of packages waiting
- Walk the Property and Amenity Spaces and Check Curb Appeal, Put any Necessary Work Orders In
- Make sure all Amenity reservations are setup properly.
- Check Pool Chemicals & Open Pool
- Check Voicemail & E-mail, respond to all messages.
- Follow-up Leads
Front Desk Closing Procedures:
- Tidy up front desk area & backroom.
- Sign out of AppFolio, E-mail, Computers etc.
- Lock up all the drawers.
- Put away or deliver any packages.
- Check Pool, Log Chemicals & Lock Pool
- Walk all Amenity spaces and secure all doors.
- Turn off lights at concierge.
- Secure All Keys
- Lock all doors to the backroom.
Physical Requirements of the Position:
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 4 hours in length.
- Must be able to type and use a computer for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to walk around the building for long periods of time.
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility in limited space.
- Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.
- Understand and respond to employee and guest verbal requests and visual cues in a sometimes loud and extremely busy environment.
Package Receipt Procedure:
- Enter all Packages in the Package Concierge:
- If a Package is too large, notify tenant through the Package Concierge to pick up package in the leasing office.
- If there is a large overflow of packages or a residents needs require you to do so, deliver packages to resident’s door.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a High School diploma is required.
- Basic Computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Must be able to adapt and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to work all weekends and some Holidays.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.75 - $21.00 per hour
