Here's What You Can Expect From Watco
1pm - 10pm
Schedule will require one weekend shift per week (Tuesday - Saturday // Sunday - Thursday)
The Shift Lead is responsible for leading hub associates and/or temp workers in warehouse operations and activities including the receiving, sorting, and scanning inbound freight. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring procedures and operations increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database, and systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Forklift experience
- High school degree or higher required
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds at a time
- Must be able to adapt and work in warm and cold temperature environment
- Must be able to maneuver and access all areas of the warehouse
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, and reach with arms
