A Day in the Life as a Customer Support Representative: As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be the friendly voice and problem-solver they turn to when they need help. Your day will include answering questions by phone and email, listening carefully to understand customer concerns, and walking them through solutions step by step. You’ll open and document support tickets to ensure every issue is tracked, and escalate them to the right team members when additional expertise is needed. You’ll also play an important role in welcoming and supporting new customers, helping them feel confident and comfortable as they learn our system.
Qualifications:
· Customer Support Experience
· Working knowledge of office equipment (postage machine, printers, etc.) (not required)
· Multi-Line Phone Experience
· Excellent Oral and Written communication
· Excellent typing skills (65 wpm)
· Basic Computer Knowledge using Microsoft Office Suite
· Experience using browser-based database (not required, but preferred)
· A desire to learn our company’s product and support our clients
· A great personality!
Bonus Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Experience in the Early Childhood Education world
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Availability to work 40 hours per week on our afternoon shift (10:30am – 7:00pm)
