Watchkeep is looking for a Help Desk Technician who enjoys diagnosing IT issues, identifying root causes, and finding reliable solutions.
This is a hands-on, onsite technical position. We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding how technology works, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of solving problems.
This isn't a script-driven call center role. We value technical thinking, accuracy, and problem-solving.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with end users to diagnose and resolve Windows hardware, software, and desktop issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, user access, and endpoint problems.
- Configure, image, and deploy Windows computers and applications.
- Investigate technical issues and identify root causes.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
- Document solutions and manage service tickets through resolution.

What You'll Need

- Strong technical troubleshooting and communication skills.
- IT degree, certifications, or related experience preferred; entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client travel.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
