Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented and self motivted Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, contributing to inventory management, shipping and receiving, and overall warehouse distribution. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA standards while operating various equipment.
Duties
- Perform inventory management tasks including tracking stock levels and conducting regular audits.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
- Execute order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and shipping products accurately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for efficient inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Assist with stocking shelves and managing materials handling to ensure timely availability of products.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline operations and improve workflow.
- Follow all safety protocols while performing mechanical tasks or operating heavy machinery.
- Sort, Pack and transport equipment in a warehouse setting and on construction site(s)
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with knowledge of warehouse management systems (AS400 is a plus).
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and order picking techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment safely.
- Experience in shipping & receiving processes as well as packaging requirements.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with materials handling.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations related to warehouse operations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
