This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Sales Associate specializing in firearms and sporting goods at our Charlotte, NC location. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product selection, providing knowledgeable recommendations, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and ensuring store displays are well-organized and visually appealing. The associate will also be expected to deliver excellent customer service and explain product features, safety guidelines, and applicable policies.

• Strong Product Knowledge, particularly related to firearms and sporting goods
• Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales techniques
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Experience in retail operations is preferred, but not required
• Must meet legal requirements for handling and selling firearms
