About the Role

Watchdog Construction is looking for a motivated, outgoing Business Development Representative to help homeowners protect what matters most. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and introducing homeowners to our roofing, siding, window, and exterior restoration services.

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and generate new leads
• Set appointments for retail services & storm damage inspections
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Educate customers on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and storm damage
• Track leads and appointments
• Represent the Watchdog Construction brand professionally

Compensation

• $25 bonus for every qualified appointment set
• $100 bonus for every appointment that becomes a signed insurance claim or retail project

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required we’ll train the right person!

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
