Watch Women Play (WWP) is a women's sports discovery brand helping fans find, follow, and show up for women's sports across the WNBA, NWSL, PWHL, AUSL, and more!
We're hiring three credit-bearing interns for Fall 2026. All roles are unpaid, taken for academic credit, remote-friendly, and about 8–10 hours per week around your class schedule.
While the internships are unpaid, we will provide & cover the cost of specific professional development courses, memberships, sporting event tickets, and more depending on projects.
Open roles
Journalism & Storytelling Intern: Write for The Playbook newsletter and LinkedIn, cover college women's sports plus NWSL and PWHL, and report first-person stories from live events.
Community Partnerships & Programming Intern: Support our partnership pipeline and community programming, and plan a WWP fundraising event end-to-end with a sponsorship pitch deck.
Social Media & Design Intern: Create social content, grow our email list and Play5™ puzzle audience, and run a multi-post storytelling series you curate and present with using your own style & vision.
