Watch Us Grow Pediatrics is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Physician to join our purpose-driven, collaborative, and family-centered team. We are an established pediatric medical home grounded in our Core Values: Reliability, Safety, Collaboration, Empathy, and Fun.

We are growing and looking for a pediatrician who values meaningful patient relationships, a supportive team, and a sustainable, flexible schedule.
Position Highlights- Part-time or full-time options (2–4 days per week)
- Outpatient only – no hospital rounding
- Creative scheduling and work-life balance prioritized
- Daily patient volumes of ~16–20
- Shared home call rotation 1:5 (low volume, equitable)
- Courtesy staff privileges at Corewell Health – no inpatient duties
- 4 weeks PTO
- Provide direct patient care in a supportive, team-based environment
- Complete charting, follow-ups, and communication with families
- Manage labs, reports, and medical forms
- Participate in shared home call
- Maintain CME, Michigan medical license, and ABP MOC requirements
- Uphold WUG’s Core Values and contribute positively to our culture
- MD/DO Pediatrician
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Active Michigan Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Commitment to collaborative, family-centered care
