Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Watch Maker/Horologist located in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Watch Maker/Horologist will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing watches and clocks with a focus on precision and quality. Daily tasks include disassembling, cleaning, assembling, and calibrating timepieces, as well as performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy and functionality. The role also involves working with intricate watch mechanisms and addressing customer concerns with utmost professionalism and expertise.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Watch Repair and maintenance of timekeeping devices
- Experience working with Clocks and Watches, understanding their unique mechanisms
- High Level of Accuracy and attention to detail in performing delicate repairs
- Ability to conduct Quality Control assessments to ensure functionality and standards
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
