Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team at Watch Me Grow Preschool and Child Care. This role is essential in supporting our educators in delivering high-quality early childhood education while ensuring the well-being and development of our students.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Support children’s learning through play-based activities that promote development.
- Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Assist with special education needs as required, adapting activities to meet diverse learning styles.
Requirements
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is beneficial.
