DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for assisting individuals with disabilities meet their goals.
- Provide adaptive skills training, positive integrative community experiences, and related educational activities.
- Keep accurate records and documentation of daily activities and progress for each participant as required by service standards. Implement participants’ goals according to their individual plans.
- Assist participants with maintaining employment by providing vocational skills training with a focus on job expectations.
- Act as an advocate and communicate professionally with other agencies, families, staff, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to effectively work with adults with developmental disabilities.
- High school diploma and two years of experience in related area.
- Background check, MVR check, Driver's License with acceptable driving record, and reliable vehicle required.
DETAILS:
- Full-Time. Hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30am-3:30pm.
