Wastewater Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable, safety-minded Delivery Driver to transport wastewater treatment systems, materials, and equipment to customer locations throughout Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, mechanically inclined, and committed to providing exceptional service while safely operating company vehicles and assisting with installations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company trucks and trailers while complying with all traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report any maintenance concerns.
• Properly load, secure, transport, and unload wastewater treatment systems, materials, and equipment to prevent damage during transit.
• Review each work order before departing to verify that all required tanks, equipment, tools, fittings, parts, and materials are loaded and ready for delivery.
• Safely operate a truck while towing a 16-foot trailer and confidently maneuver and back trailers into residential and commercial job sites.
• Deliver wastewater treatment systems to customer locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Assist with the delivery, setup, and installation of residential wastewater treatment systems.
• Carry materials, tools, and equipment from delivery vehicles to job sites.
• Assist with installation setup according to company procedures and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform system startup checks and operational testing to verify proper system operation.
• Work closely with installers to ensure systems are installed according to company standards and manufacturer requirements.
• Maintain communication with the Operations Manager regarding schedule changes, delays, job site conditions, customer concerns, or safety issues.
• Effectively manage time to complete deliveries and installations efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Complete electronic work orders, delivery documentation, and customer paperwork using a company-issued tablet.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements, material quantities, and approved customer invoice adjustments.
• Maintain accountability for all company inventory, tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Keep company vehicles, trailers, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and professional at all times.
• Operate hand and power tools including drills, saws, grinders, pipe cutters, levels, measuring devices, and other installation equipment.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical connections related to wastewater treatment system installations.
• Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills when unexpected job site conditions arise.
• Recognize construction site hazards and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the installation process.
• Treat customers, coworkers, contractors, inspectors, and the public with professionalism and respect.
• Represent Wastewater Solutions LLC with integrity and professionalism at every job site.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience operating pickup trucks while towing equipment trailers preferred.
• Ability to safely maneuver and back trailers into confined residential and commercial job sites.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Comfortable tablets, mobile applications, and electronic work orders.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify orders before leaving the facility.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make sound decisions in the field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Professional appearance and commitment to outstanding customer service.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout Ohio.
• Ability to work in environments with moderate to high levels of dust, dirt, mud, and noise.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
