Job Overview
Service Technicians play a critical role in supporting our field operations. Service technicians will work on a variety of job assignments, including field and yard operations, pressure cleaning, operation of equipment, and lead job site cleanup. This high impact role is a great opportunity to increase your knowledge in the waste industry. Qualifications
CERTIFICATIONS:
This role involves driving for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks such as bending, stooping, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed outdoors at active job sites that require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). All sites are considered safety-sensitive locations.

- Perform high-pressure washing and thorough job site cleanup
- Operate field equipment, including jetters, vacuum units, and Hotsy pressure washers
- Assist with confined space tasks and site preparation
- Operate and maintain plant and yard equipment efficiently
- Operation of company vehicles safely to and from job sites
- Forklift operation as needed (experience preferred)
- Support vacuum truck operators and participation in special projects
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
- May require occasional overtime, weekends or holiday shifts as dictated by business needs
- High school diploma or GED required, previous relevant experience may replace educational requirements.
- Forklift certification preferred
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Self-motivated, dependable and safety conscious
- Must be able to learn quickly, with ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures, safety policies, and other job specific written information.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop. Climb and work in various weather conditions
- Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must have valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CERTIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Forklift Certification (preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be self-motivated and dependable
- Ability to stay focused and avoid distractions (e.g., unnecessary cell phone use)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of pneumatic pumps is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
