Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our office while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and delivery personnel in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry into databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update client records, files, and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars
  • Handle basic administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and mail distribution
  • Generate reports and ensure data integrity

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and database systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in reception and/or data entry preferred
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
