The position is responsible for coordinating and managing environmental compliance projects related to hazardous and solid waste, ensuring services are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing waste transportation, disposal, recycling, and special projects; characterizing waste streams using analytical data and regulatory guidelines; preparing required documentation such as manifests and bills of lading; and selecting cost-effective treatment and disposal options. It also requires close communication with sales and transportation teams, cost estimation for new work, use of an ERP system to manage projects, and accountability for administrative, financial, and profitability outcomes, while maintaining compliance with federal and state environmental and transportation regulations. Salary would be 80-85k.
