Olympic Disposal, a Waste Connections Company, is looking for a reliable and motivated Wash Bay Attendant to join our team in Sequim, WA.
The schedule is Monday–Friday from 9am-5pm.
The starting pay $20/hr with annual pay increases and bonus opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Moving trucks safely
- Parking trucks safely and in an organized manner
- Washing and organizing tires
- Organizing Washbay equipment
- Wash containers, trucks, and floors
- Ensure Washbay is kept in clean and safe working condition
- Ensure all containers coming into the shop are washed and left in a state that is representative of our service levels
- Responsible for prioritizing work, based on communication with operations management staff, operators, mechanical staff, welders, and others to ensure that customer expectations for timely service are met
- Report containers needing repair
- Ensure the building is secure and locked at shift end
- Knowledge of operation of forklifts, trucks, and washers
- Minimum Class 3A driver’s licence with clean abstract
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly
- Ability to work both in a team environment and unsupervised
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Mechanically inclined
