Schedule: Wednesday- Friday Hours are 7:00am-4:30Pm. Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm, and Sunday 8:30am-1:30pm. (Overtime frequently available)
Starting Pay: $30.50 per hour

We are looking for a safety‑driven operator with strong experience in front‑end loaders, excavators, and yard truck/trailer operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient transfer station operations while upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate Front End Loaders, Excavators, and Yard Trucks/Trailers efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment, including checking oil, water, and tire pressure.
- Maintain proper care, cleanliness, and functionality of all assigned equipment and tools.
- Support continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Assist with compactor operations (preferred experience but not required).
- Complete additional duties assigned to support daily transfer station operations.
- Requires strenuous physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling items over 50 lbs.
- Work environment includes exposure to physical hazards; adherence to safety procedures is mandatory.
- Must be able to operate heavy equipment in varying weather and site conditions.
- Requires basic computer skills for daily tasks and reporting.
- Must understand and follow safety procedures, equipment maintenance practices, and vehicle inspection standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of directly related heavy equipment experience, including loaders, excavators, and yard truck/trailer operation.
- Basic computer proficiency.
