SWD Operator – (Salt Water Disposal Operator)

📍 Location: Elm Grove, LA
💰 Pay: $17–$20/hr. (Based on Experience Overtime)
📅 Schedule: 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts

R360 Environmental Solutions, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded SWD Operator to join our team at our Elm Grove, Louisiana facility.

🔧 The Job:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain SWD equipment (pumps, valves, tanks)

• Safely offload and process produced water from transport trucks

• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor maintenance

• Accurately log readings, daily volumes, and incident reports

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

• Follow all environmental and safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with coworkers and drivers

✅ Requirements:

• Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage

• Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus!
