WasteConnections has an immediate opening for an Operations Supervisor to join our team inLily, KY.
Our Operations Supervisor will work directly with the Operations Manager to formulate both short-term and long-term goals and action plans for the hauling company. We seek individuals with a leadership mentality and desire to grow with promotional opportunities in this role.

Schedule:Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays, averaging approximately 10-11 hours/day..

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assign and supervise work crews operating solid waste collection equipment.
- Monitor progress of daily operations, reassign employees, and make staffing changes as necessary.
- Helps develop, track, and execute safety goals.
- Conducts field inspections and audits of all site personnel to ensure proper work procedures.
- Receives and reviews customer complaints regarding collection programs.
- Oversees a variety of complex compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting.
Requirements:
- Willing and able to obtain Class A or B CDL.
- Must be able to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly.
