Salary: $105,000 – $115,000 annually

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll be part of our elite operations team with a clear path to advancement. We’re looking for someone who is open to relocation and eager to grow into higher-level management roles within 1–3 years.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment.
- Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed.
- Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure safety and compliance.
- Develop and execute safety goals and initiatives.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage team development.
- Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company.
- Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting.
- Collaborate with union representatives and manage unionized employees.
- This position is safety sensitive
- Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities.
- Experience supervising unionized employees.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Background in transportation, trucking, or logistics.
- Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems.
