🎓 Here’s How It Works
- 💵 $25.00 per hour during your training phase
- 🏫 Complete a weeklong classroom course, behind-the-wheel training, and road test
- 🪪 Earn your Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement
- 🚚 Step into a full-time Local Driver role at $27.00 per hour
You can complete the full process and start your driving career in as little as 3 weeks! Most individuals can get it within a few months!
🚛 Once You're a CDL Driver, You’ll
- Operate a garbage truck safely on local routes
- Collect solid waste and recyclables from residential and commercial customers
- Follow route sheets and work independently
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- ✅ A valid Class D license and ability to obtain a CDL permit within 90 days of start date
- 🧾 A clean driving record
- 💪 Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- 🗣 Strong communication basic reading/writing skills (English required)
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED preferred
- 💼 1 year of general work experience (related experience is a plus)
