What You’ll Do
Pay: $21–$25 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Occasional Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy equipment including trackhoes, dozers, compactors, off‑road dump trucks, and tractors
- Serve as a spotter to ensure safe movement of vehicles and personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Pull, spread, and compact trash
- Haul and place dirt as needed
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 3 years of experience operating dozers and trackhoes
- Strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work in all weather
- Team‑oriented with a positive, professional attitude
