Equipment Operator - Front Loader

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Equipment Operator to join our team at our Albuquerque recycling plant. If you have experience operating heavy machinery and are passionate about sustainability, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Front end loader as your primary equipment.
• Occasionally operate a Forklift, baler, and other machinery including trucks and smaller equipment.
• Support daily operations to ensure efficient recycling processes.
  
  

Schedule

• Four 12 hour shifts per week.
• Workdays: Monday–Friday, with one weekday off, Sunday off, and a rotating Saturday.
• Start time: 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  
  

Compensation

• $20.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience (DOE)
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Pushing recyclables onto an incline belt
• Loading recycle materials in a hopper
• Loading, dump trucks, open top trailers, pushing up piles of yard debris, rubble
• Responsible for equipment inspection
• Assisting customers and employees as needed.
  
  

Minimum Job Requirements

• Proven experience in operating Forklifts and Balers
• Ability to be self-directed as well as work in a team environment
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
