What are the responsibilities and job description for the Diesel Mechanic position at Waste Connections?
Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday's. Start time is at 2:00 p.m., working 10.5 hours a day, 50-52 hours a week.
Pay Range: $27/hr. - 30/hr.
Tool allowance of $200 per month towards your tool kit.

Job Summary
Performing preventative maintenance, repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems, along with parts replacement and minor engine repair on our garbage trucks.
The ideal candidate will possess:
3 years of relevant work experience in diesel/heavy truck fleet maintenance.
ASE Certified is a plus.
Class A or B CDL is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $27/hr. - 30/hr. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
