Pay & Schedule
- Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $36.00 $1.50/hr shift differential
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM overtime
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks and heavy equipment
- Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
- Use diagnostic tools and fleet maintenance software to troubleshoot issues
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain accurate records and address issues from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of diesel mechanic or heavy truck repair experience, or completion of a vocational-technical program
- CDL preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Must have personal tools
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service documentation
- Welding experience is a plus
