What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Waste Connections?
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our office in South Austin, Texas. The main duties including handling phone calls from our customers and assisting them with their questions or concerns and working to resolve any problems they raise concerning service or billing. This is a very fast paced position similar to a call center position typically handling 50 calls a day. This position is a Monday-Friday, hours are Mon-Friday 8:00AM-5PM.

- Type 40 wpm
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Experience handling high call volumes.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
