Pay and Schedule
- Starting Pay: $35.00–$35.50 per hour
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, with overtime opportunities and occasional Saturdays as needed
This is more than just driving—it’s an active, challenging role where you’ll:
- Operate manual transmission roll-off trucks (10, 13, or 18-speed)
- Climb in and out of your truck multiple times per day
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Deliver excellent service while representing a company known for safety and integrity
- Safely operate roll-off trucks on assigned routes
- Use a tablet to manage routes, complete paperwork, and maintain accurate logs
- Pick up and deliver containers to customer sites and disposal facilities
- Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections
- Secure loads and ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards
- Interact professionally with customers and dispatch
- Maintain safe driving practices at all times under DriveCam monitoring
- Frequent climbing in and out of the cab
- Heavy lifting, pushing, and pulling—objects over 50 lbs
- Exposure to outdoor elements year-round
- Work around moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise
- Must follow strict safety protocols at all times
- Valid Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
- Manual transmission experience (10, 13, or 18-speed) required
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
