🚚 What You’ll Do
You’ll be behind the wheel of a garbage truck, keeping Anchorage clean and green. You’ll:
- Safely operate a commercial CDL truck on assigned local routes
- Pick up residential/commercial waste & recycling
- Perform pre/post trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety checks)
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Lift and move heavy materials (50 lbs) – this is a hands-on job!
- Deliver top-tier customer service every step of the way
- Valid Class B CDL (with air brakes) – Class A? Even better!
- Clean driving record
- 1 year of experience in commercial or route driving
- You’re comfortable working outdoors, in all weather
- You’re reliable, friendly, and a team player
